“There is you and you. This is a relationship. This is the most important relationship.”
- Nayyirah Waheed
Google how to be a parent and you are guaranteed to end up with an overwhelming cascade of information, should and should nots, one study debunking another, and other people’s opinions. It can be stressful, to say the least. And so much of the information out there does not take YOU into account - your past experiences, your heritage, your diet, your trauma, your accomplishments, the way you process your emotions, everything it took to get you to this place in your life. And yet all of that is so crucial to the way you give birth. All of that will dictate your parenting style. This is where I come in.
IT IS MY MISSION to provide you with the space, the resources, and the support you need to develop a strong connection to your instincts - to listen and to trust them. We wiIl go through the information together and decide what makes sense and feels right for you. I want you to walk into this new chapter of your life feeling confident in your decision making and empowered by your role as a parent.
